PCRM rămâne a fi favoritul alegătorilor
2009-03-24/12:48 Dacă duminica viitoare ar fi organizate alegeri parlamentare, Partidul Comuniştilor (PCRM) ar obţine 36,2% din voturile alegătorilor, în condiţiile în care 26,4% din alegători nu şi-au decis opţiunea de vot. Acestea sunt rezultatele Barometrului de Opinie Publică (BOP), prezentate marţi, 24 martie, cu mai puţin de două săptămâni înainte de scrutinul din 5 aprilie, transmite Info-Prim Neo.
Potrivit sondajului, persoanele care au optat pentru PCRM sunt, în special, persoane în etate, de genul feminin, de naţionalitate ucraineană şi rusă, cu nivel de studii scăzut. Ratingul PCRM este mai mic cu 10% faţă de cel dinaintea alegerilor parlamentare din 2005, dar este în creştere faţă de BOP precedent din octombrie 2008, când pentru această formaţiune ar fi votat 23,5% din respondenţi. Cel mai bun rezultat PCRM l-ar fi înregistrat în martie 2002 (50%), iar cel mai mic – în noiembrie 2006 şi mai 2007 (23%).
Partidul Liberal Democrat (PLDM) ar obţine 8,3% din voturi, dacă duminica viitoare ar fi organizate alegeri, faţă de 4,5% în octombrie 2008. Alte formaţiuni care ar accede în Parlament ar fi Partidul Liberal (PL) – 8,2% (faţă de 5,1% în octombrie) şi Alianţa „Moldova Noastră” (AMN) – 5,4% (5,5%).
Celelalte partide nu s-ar ridica la pragul electoral de 6%: Partidul Social Democrat (PSD) – 2,6%, Uniunea Centristă din Moldova (UCM) – 2,5%, Partidul Popular Creştin Democrat (PPCD) – 1,4%, Partidul Democrat (PD) – 0,7%.
Indecişi sunt 23% din cetăţeni, 3,4% din respondenţi nu au dorit să ofere un răspuns la această întrebare, iar 6,8% nu ar vota.
Vladimir Voronin, liderul PCRM şi preşedintele R. Moldova, continuă să se bucure de cea mai multă încredere a cetăţenilor – 48,4%, în creştere faţă de octombrie 2008 (41%). El este urmat de premierul Zinaida Greceanâi, candidat pe lista PCRM – 42,8% (32,3%), spicherul Marian Lupu, şi el candidat PCRM – 35,5% (40,1%), primarul general al capitalei, degrevat din funcţie, vicepreşedinte al PL, Dorin Chirtoacă – 31,5% (34,6%) etc.
Circa 59% din populaţia chestionată (faţă de 52% în octombrie 2008) este de părere că R. Moldova nu este guvernată de voinţa poporului. 43% ( faţă de 40%) susţin că alegerile din R. Moldova nu se desfăşoară liber şi corect. Instituţiile statale continuă să fie taxate cu o încredere redusă din partea populaţiei. De cea mai mare încredere se bucură biserica – 81,7%, mass-media – 58,6%, primăria – 46,5%. Cele mai mici cote de încrede sunt înregistrate pentru partidele politice (16,4%), sindicate (23,3%) şi ONG (27,8%).
Datele pentru BOP au fost colectate în perioada 28 februarie – 14 martie pe un eşantion de 1197 persoane din 88 localităţi, reprezentativ pentru populaţia adultă R. Moldova (cu excepţia regiunii transnistrene). Eroarea maximă este de plus-minus 2,8%. BOP a fost organizat de Institutul de Politic Publice şi realizat de Centrul de Investigaţii Sociologice şi Marketing CBS-AXA.

2009-03-24/12:48 Если в будущее воскресенье были бы организованы парламентские выборы, Партия коммунистов Республики Молдова (ПКРМ) набрала бы 36,2 процента голосов избирателей, а 26,4 процента граждан пока не определились, за кого будут голосовать. Таковы результаты Барометра общественного мнения (БОМ), представленные во вторник, 24 марта, менее чем за две недели до выборов 5 апреля, передает Info-Prim Neo.
Согласно опросу, граждане, отдающие предпочтение ПКРМ, - преимущественно пожилые люди, женского пола, украинцы и русские по национальности, с невысоким уровнем образования. Рейтинг ПКРМ на 10 процентов ниже показателя, зафиксированного перед парламентскими выборами 2005 года, но выше данных предыдущего БОМ за октябрь 2008 года, когда о поддержке этому формированию заявили 23,5 процента респондентов. Наилучший результат ПКРМ показала в марте 2002 года (50 процентов), а наименьший – в ноября 2006 года и мае 2007 года (23 процента).
Либерал-демократическая партия Молдовы (ЛДПМ) набрала бы 8,3 процента голосов, если в будущее воскресенье были бы организованы выборы, по сравнению с 4,5 процента в октябре 2008 года. Либеральная партия (ЛП) набрала бы 8,2 процента голосов (5,1 процента в октябре), а Альянс "Наша Молдова" – 5,4 процента (5,5 процента).
Остальные партии не преодолели бы 6-процентный избирательный барьер: Социал-демократическая партия (СДП) – 2,6 процента, Центристский союз Молдовы (ЦСМ) – 2,5 процента, Христианско-демократическая народная партия – 1,4 процента, Демократическая партия (ДП) – 0,7 процента.
Не определились, за кого голосовать, 23 процента граждан, 3,4 процента опрошенных не пожелали давать ответ на этот вопрос. 6,8 процента респондентов утверждают, что не будут участвовать в голосовании.

Далее следуют премьер-министр Зинаида Гречаная, кандидат по избирательным спискам ПКРМ – 42,8 процента (32,3 процента), председатель Мариан Лупу, также кандидат от ПКРМ – 35,5 процента (40,1 процента) и генеральный примар муниципия Кишинэу, временно не исполняющий своих обязанностей в период избирательной кампании, вице-председатель ЛП Дорин Киртоакэ – 31,5 процента (34,6 процента) и др.
Около 59 процентов опрошенных граждан (по сравнению с 52 процентами в 2008 году) считают, что Республика Молдова управляется не по воле народа. 43 процента (по сравнению с 40 процентами) утверждают, что выборы в Республике Молдова не проводятся свободно и корректно. Государственные институты по-прежнему пользуются низким доверием населения. Наибольшим доверием пользуется церковь – 81,7 процента, средства массовой информации – 58,6 процента, примэрия – 46,5 процента. Наименьшие показатели доверия – у политических партий (16,4 процента), профсоюзов (23,3 процента) и неправительственных организаций (27,8 процента).
Данные БОМ были получены 28 февраля – 14 марта в результате опроса 1197 совершеннолетних жителей 88 населенных пунктов, представительным образом по Республике Молдова (за исключением приднестровского региона). Максимальная погрешность исследования – плюс-минус 2,8 процента. БОМ был организован Институтом публичных политик и проведен Центром социологических и маркетинговых исследований CBS-AXA.
PCRM remains the voters' favorite
2009-03-24/12:48 If parliamentary elections were organized next Sunday, the Communists Party (PCRM) would get 36.2% of votes, while 26.4% of the voters have not decided yet whom to vote. These are the results of the Public Opinion Barometer (POB), presented on Tuesday, March 24, less than two weeks before the ballot of April 5, Info-Prim Neo reports.
According to poll, the persons who opted for the PCRM are, mostly elderly persons, female, of Ukrainian and Russian ethnicity, with a low level of education. The PCRM rating is 10% lower compared to the one before the 2005 parliamentary elections, and is higher compared to the previous POB of October, 2008, when 23.5% of the respondents would have voted for this party. The PCRM would have registered its best result in March, 2002 (50%), and the lowest one – in November, 2006 and May, 2007 (23%).
If next Sunday the elections were organized, the Liberal Democratic Party (PLDM) would get 8.3% of votes, compared to 4.5% in October, 2008. Other parties that may enter the Parliament, would be the Liberal Party (PL) – 8.2% (compared to 5.1% in October) and the Moldova Noastra Alliance (AMN) – 5.4% (5.5%).
The other parties would not pass beyond the electoral threshold of 6%: the Social Democratic Party (PSD) – 2.6%, the Centrist Union (UCM) – 2.5%, the People’s Christian Democratic Party (PPCD) – 1.4%, the Democratic Party (PD) – 0.7%.
23% of the citizens are undecided, 3.4% of the respondents didn’t want to answer this question, and 6.8% wouldn’t vote.

He is followed by premier Zinaida Greceanai, a candidate on the PCRM list – 42.8% (32.3%), speaker Marian Lupu, a PCRM candidate – 35.5% (40.1%), Chisinau mayor and deputy president of the PL Dorin Chirtoaca – 31.5% (34.6%), etc.
About 59% of the interviewed (compared to 52% in October, 2008) believe that Moldova is not ruled by the people’s will. 43% (compared to 40%) maintain that the elections in Moldova do not unfold freely and correctly. The state institutions continue to be little trusted by the people. Church enjoys the highest confidence – 81.7%, the media – 58.6%, the city hall – 46.5%. The political parties (16, 4%), trade unions (23, 3%) and the NGOs (27, 8%) are less popular.
The POB data have been collected from February 28 to March 14, by interviewing 1,197 persons from 88 localities (except for the Transnistrian region). The error margin is plus-minus 2.8%. The POB was run by the Public Policies Institute and accomplished by CBS-AXA.
